Fans order and pay through your profile page on idolla.com, you fulfil it from your phone, and the earnings go into your balance.

Income straight from your fans, without waiting for a gig, endorsement, or stage. You keep full control: your prices, your schedule, and which requests you accept.

Free. There is no registration fee, monthly fee, or hidden cost. Idolla only takes a share when you earn.

Two ways: (1) sign up directly through the form on idolla.com — choose to register as a Talent; or (2) via an invitation from the Idolla team. You'll receive an onboarding link by email and WhatsApp to complete your profile. Done from your phone in minutes.

Yes. A manager can register and manage your profile. After registration, you'll be asked to upload a single PDF containing the signed Surat Kuasa along with your and your manager's ID (max 5MB) — download the Surat Kuasa template (Word) here. The Idolla team will review and activate your account once this document is received.

A good profile photo; a short bio; your service prices (you set them, changeable anytime); your ID card (KTP) for verification; a bank account (not required at first, needed before your first payout).

Once your profile is complete (photo, bio, price) and approved by the Idolla team, your page goes live at idolla.com/[your-name]. That's the link you share in your Instagram, TikTok, or X bio.

A personal greeting video you record for one fan: birthdays, pep talks, graduation wishes, shout-outs, even a playful roast. The fan writes a brief when ordering; you read it, record on your phone, and upload through the portal. The fan receives the video automatically.

A private 1-on-1 video call with a fan, lasting 5, 10, or 15 minutes. You set your available dates and times — Idolla's system handles the booking, payment, reminders, and the video-call link.

No. It's up to you: only Video Shoutout, only Live Call, or both. Many talents start with Video Shoutout because it's the most flexible.

You do. You can change it anytime through the portal. The Idolla team can help recommend a price based on your category and audience size.

You keep 75% of every transaction. The remaining 25% is Idolla's platform fee — it covers the payment gateway, video infrastructure, WhatsApp/email notifications, and team support. No hidden deductions.

Every Wednesday for all of the previous week's transactions (Monday 00:00–Sunday 23:59), straight to the bank account you registered. You can track your balance and history in the portal.

Idolla does not withhold tax — you receive the full 75%. Income from Idolla is your personal income, and reporting it is each talent's own responsibility under applicable rules. You can add your NPWP (tax ID) in the payout settings.

A fan opens your page, writes a request, and pays → you get a WhatsApp & email notification with a direct link to the order → read the brief and record the video on your phone → upload through the portal and the system processes it automatically → the fan receives the video right away, and your earnings go into your balance.

The deadline is 7 days from when the order comes in — but we strongly recommend delivering within the first 3 days or sooner. The faster the video arrives, the more memorable it is for the fan — and the more likely they are to order again.

Yes, and you should. You're never obliged to fulfil a request that goes against your values. When you decline an order, the fan automatically receives a full refund — with no penalty to you at all.

The session still ends at its originally scheduled time. It's the fan's own time that gets shorter — your time doesn't run over, and you're still paid in full.

The grace period is proportional to your session length: 2 minutes for a 5-minute session, 3 minutes for a 10-minute session, and 5 minutes for a 15-minute session. After it passes, the session is closed — the fan receives no refund, and you're still paid in full.

Let the Idolla team know as soon as possible. If you're absent past the grace period (2 minutes for a 5-minute session, 3 for a 10-minute one, 5 for a 15-minute one) without notice, the system automatically refunds the fan in full and the session is cancelled. This affects your reputation — only open time slots you can genuinely keep.

No — a Live Call session is private between you and the fan, and is not recorded by the system.

No password to memorize: enter your email, a login link is sent to your inbox, then you enter your personal PIN. The session stays active on your device for a long time.

No. Everything runs from your phone: the portal can be added to your home screen like an app (Add to Home Screen), and order notifications come via WhatsApp and email. Your phone's camera is more than enough.

Say the fan's name at the start of the video; follow the brief, then add your personal touch; make sure the lighting is good and the audio is clear; 15–30 seconds is usually more than memorable enough.

Yes. Sensitive data is stored encrypted in private storage that isn't publicly accessible, used only for identity verification and payouts.

Never. All interactions happen through the Idolla platform. Fans never see your number, email, or personal contact details.
